West Essex Highlands faces a threat to our way of life and the environment with the potential development of over 700 rental units to be built on the wooded parcel adjacent to our community, following the N.J. Supreme Court Ruling regarding Fair Share Affordable Housing throughout the state. Additional New Construction in our township will CERTAINLY mean higher taxes for all of us.
